Where’s my order?
Check your order confirmation for the expected delivery date. If you missed the carrier’s attempt at delivery don’t worry, you can rearrange delivery for another date by calling the number shown on the card. I haven’t received all of my order
Check your confirmation e-mail to see if all items were ordered. Check the paperwork included in your parcel as items may be dispatched separately and may not be delivered at the same time. Remove all packaging to confirm the item isn’t hidden. Can I return the goods I have ordered?
We do not offer refunds or returns of our products due to the nature of them unless they are in the original packaging and have not been opened.
What if I want to cancel my order?
In addition to our returns policy under the ‘distance selling regulations’ you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise of you can send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us.

Virtually all addresses in the UK.
