Our website is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and any other policies referred to on our website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. UK only service
Our website, products and services are intended for customers based in the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.
We do not guarantee that our products, website content or services are suitable for use outside the United Kingdom. If you access our website from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our website complies with any local laws that apply to you.
4. Age and use of our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract with us.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

SkinGoal products are cosmetic skincare products.
Our products are designed to support the appearance, feel and condition of the skin. They are not medicines, medical devices or treatments for medical conditions.
Information provided on our website, in our product descriptions, in our emails, on social media or through any SkinGoal content is for general skincare education only. It is not medical advice and should not replace advice from a doctor, dermatologist, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you have a medical skin condition, damaged skin, highly reactive skin, allergies, are pregnant, breastfeeding, using prescription skincare or taking medication that may affect your skin, you should seek professional advice before using our products.
7. Product results and skin reactions
We make every effort to describe our products clearly and accurately. However, skincare results can vary from person to person.
Your results may depend on your skin type, skin history, age, hormones, lifestyle, product use, consistency of use and other individual factors.
We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular result for every customer.
Some skincare ingredients may cause temporary changes such as tingling, dryness, redness, sensitivity or purging, especially when using active ingredients such as retinoids, exfoliating acids or vitamin based products.
You should always follow the product directions and introduce active skincare gradually.
We recommend patch testing new products before full use, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive.
If irritation, discomfort or an unexpected reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek medical advice if needed.
8. Product descriptions, images and availability
We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display product colours, packaging or textures exactly as they appear in real life.
Product packaging, ingredients, availability and descriptions may change from time to time. We reserve the right to update, discontinue or limit products at any time.
If an ingredient list is important to you because of allergies, sensitivities or personal preference, please check the product packaging before use and contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
9. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, fraud, misuse of an offer, stock issue, payment issue, breach of these Terms or any other legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been processed.
10. Personal use only
Our products are sold for personal and household use only.
You must not buy products from us for resale, commercial distribution, export or marketplace selling without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or unauthorised commercial purposes.
11. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Where applicable, prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any additional costs will be shown before you complete your order.
We may change prices, offers and promotions at any time. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
If a product has been incorrectly priced due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment must be received and authorised before we accept and dispatch your order.
12. Offers, discount codes and promotions
From time to time, we may offer discount codes, gifts with purchase, bundles, limited offers or promotional pricing.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, withdrawn or refused where we reasonably believe they are being misused.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless we state otherwise.
Discount codes cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.
Free gifts, samples or promotional items have no cash value and may be substituted or withdrawn if stock is unavailable.
13. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. We will do our best to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated times, but delays may occur.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather, strikes, technical issues, incorrect delivery details or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us.
Ownership of the products passes to you when we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.
If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, please contact us at hello@skingoal.co.uk so we can investigate with the delivery provider.
14. Your right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel, you must tell us clearly by email at hello@skingoal.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have 14 days from the date you tell us you are cancelling to return the goods to us.
This cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Because SkinGoal products are cosmetic skincare products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, tested or tampered with unless they are faulty.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, sealed, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning cancelled items unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service because you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
15. Refunds and returns
Your refund and return rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us at hello@skingoal.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant.
We may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it.
If we agree that the product is faulty or that we made an error, we will offer the remedy required by UK consumer law. This may include a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
We do not offer refunds simply because a product does not suit your skin, unless the product is faulty or your legal rights apply.
16. Allergies and ingredient responsibility
It is your responsibility to check ingredient lists before buying and before using our products.
If you have known allergies, sensitivities or ingredient concerns, please contact us before ordering.
We are not responsible for a reaction caused by an allergy, sensitivity or personal intolerance where the product is not faulty and the ingredients have been made available to you.
This does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.
17. Reviews, testimonials and customer content
If you submit a review, testimonial, image, video, message, social media post, comment or other content to us, you confirm that it is honest, accurate and based on your genuine experience.
You must not submit fake reviews, misleading reviews or reviews that hide a commercial relationship, incentive or reward.
If you have received a free product, discount, commission, payment or other incentive connected with your review or content, this must be clearly disclosed.
By submitting content to us, tagging us or giving us permission to use your content, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, edit and share that content for marketing, website, email, social media and promotional purposes.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that we believe is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate or in breach of these Terms.
We are not obliged to publish or respond to any review or customer content.
18. Penny AI and skincare guidance tools
If our website provides access to Penny AI, a skin quiz, routine finder, recommendation tool, chatbot or similar feature, any guidance provided is for general skincare information only.
These tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Product recommendations are based on the information you provide and are not a substitute for professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for you.
If you have a medical skin condition, allergies, severe sensitivity, broken skin, a history of reactions or any concern about using skincare products, please seek advice from a qualified professional before using our products.
19. Third party tools and links
Our website may include links to third party websites, apps, payment providers, delivery services, review platforms, social media platforms or other tools.
We are not responsible for third party websites, services, content, policies or practices.
If you choose to use a third party service, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
20. Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. However, any purchase you make from our website is a purchase from SkinGoal, not Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for the products you buy from us, the fulfilment of your order, customer service, returns, refunds or any issue arising from your purchase.
21. Privacy
How we collect, use, store and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, creating an account, placing an order or contacting us, you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our website is hosted by Shopify, some information may also be processed by Shopify and relevant service providers that help us operate our website and fulfil orders.
22. Intellectual property
All content on our website belongs to SkinGoal or is used by us with permission. This includes text, product names, product descriptions, images, videos, graphics, logos, branding, designs, website layout, educational content and other materials.
You may use our website for personal shopping and information only.

The SkinGoal name, logo, product names, campaign names and brand assets must not be used without our permission.
