What is the Skin Quiz and what do I get?
A few clear questions, read the way Penny reads skin in clinic. At the end you get your Skin Note, recommendations matched to your skin stage by stage, plus 15 percent off your first order. It is free and takes about two minutes.
What is a SkinCode?
A SkinCode is a two step routine matched to one skin concern: one serum, one cream, morning and night, nothing to work out. There are five, Hydration, Renewal, Clarity, Calm and Defence, and each pair is priced with 15 percent off built in. See them all on the SkinCode page.
What is Penny AI?
Penny AI is our 24 hour skin expert, built on Penny's clinical knowledge. Ask her about your skin, ingredients, routines and what goes on first, any time.
Are SkinGoal products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Every SkinGoal product is 100 percent vegan and cruelty free, and our cleansers are formulated without SLS.
Where can I see the full ingredients list?
On every product page under All Ingredients, and printed on every carton. If you have a known allergy and want to double check anything, email hello@skingoal.co.uk and we will confirm before you order.
Can sensitive skin use SkinGoal?
Yes, with the right route in. The Calm Code is matched to reactive, easily upset skin, and Prep Cleanse is our gentle, barrier supporting cleanser. Introduce actives gradually, and if you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with a professional first.
Do I really need SPF every day?
Yes, and it is the least negotiable step of all. Daily UV exposure drives collagen loss, pigmentation and premature ageing, even on grey days, and it matters even more if you use exfoliating acids or retinol. Solar 50 is built for every day under makeup or alone.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard UK delivery is £2.99, and free on orders over £70. Orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked service and arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
What is the 60 day promise?
Every SkinGoal routine is covered by our 60 day money back promise: wear your products for 60 days, two full skin cycles, and if your skin does not love them, every penny back. It covers opened and used products, on your first purchase of each product. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
How do I claim it?
Email hello@skingoal.co.uk with your order number within 60 days of delivery and we will sort the rest. No forms, no interrogation.
